An app has been developed to be used for the ‘Remote Service’ area. The use of AR glasses in particular had to be taken into account. Due to the already available Microsoft Hololens AR glasses, the native solutions for the iOS and Android platforms were switched to a .NET platform.
The solution consists of a scalable backend for several 100,000 users at the same time and the respective clients for the Windows, Android and iOS platforms.
The task was to support an existing .NET development team in implementing the user interface using Xamarin technology. The team received intensive support for a period of 8 months. In particular, the team was trained in the cross-platform Xamarin solution 'Xamarin Forms' in order to obtain a uniform user interface for all platforms.
