Terms for Promotion Codes
These terms apply to promotion codes that we announce in our videos, posts and profiles on social networks, on our website or in our newsletter, in particular to the codes from the video series “Lenas Trick” (LENA01, LENA02 and so on).
1. Who offers the promotion

2. What you get
(1) A promotion code of the “Lenas Trick” series grants a 50% discount on the total price (including VAT) when purchasing a licence as a one-time purchase in our store at store.juergenkoller.software.
(2) Each code is valid only for the product for which it was announced, usually the app presented in the respective video. Subscriptions and other products are excluded.
(3) The exact discount, the regular price and the amount payable are shown on the order summary before you submit your order. The amount shown there is decisive.
3. How to redeem the code
(1) Enter the code in the “Promotion code” field on the order summary of our store and select “Apply”. Upper and lower case do not matter.
(2) A code can only be redeemed before the order is submitted. It cannot be applied retroactively to a purchase that has already been completed.
(3) One promotion code can be redeemed per order. Promotion codes cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
4. Where the code is not valid
Promotion codes are valid exclusively for purchases in our own store. They are not valid for purchases in the Mac App Store, via Setapp or from other retailers, nor for purchases within the apps (in-app purchases, AI credits).
5. How long the promotion runs
(1) Codes of the “Lenas Trick” series can be redeemed from the publication of the respective video until 31 January 2027, 23:59 (German time) inclusive.
(2) The number of redemptions is not limited.
(3) If we extend a promotion, we will announce it on this page. A promotion will not be ended early.
6. Further conditions
(1) A promotion code has no cash value. It will not be paid out in cash or in any other way, not even in part.
(2) All customers who can purchase in our store may take part. The code itself does not require any separate sign-up, registration or additional data.
(3) Otherwise, our General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. If a purchase is reversed, we refund the amount actually paid.
(4) How we process the data arising when a code is redeemed is described in our privacy policy in the section “Payment Processing via Stripe” under “Promotion codes”.
7. About Lena
“Lena”, who speaks in the videos of the “Lenas Trick” series, is an AI-generated character. The videos are labelled accordingly. Lena is not a customer and does not present customer experiences.
